Shipping and delivery
There are two clocks on any order: the days before it leaves us, then the days in transit.
Before it ships
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Embroidery, ceramics and candles sit at the longer end of that.
Orders placed on a weekend start on the next business day.
Orders that arrive in more than one parcel
An order with both apparel and home goods usually arrives as separate parcels on separate days. Nothing has gone wrong and you are not charged twice.
Each parcel gets its own tracking number, and all of them appear on your order page.
Transit
3 to 5 business days after it ships, anywhere in the United States.
We ship within the US only, so there is no customs step and no import duty to think about.
Rates
Flat 4.95 US dollars, free on orders over 75 dollars, however many parcels it takes.
Heavy home goods like blankets and framed prints ship at the same flat rate. We would rather absorb that than surprise you at checkout.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the shipment is created, and it also appears on your order page.
